Refund policy

Because our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns for food safety and health reasons. Once a food item has left our facility, we can no longer guarantee its integrity.

Damaged or Spoiled Items If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping packaging.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve inspected your photos. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Cancellations Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet entered the shipping or fulfillment process. Because we ship in-house, this window is typically very short. Please contact us at info@eatnobis.com immediately if you need to cancel.
